donations and for money to be raised through online auctions. The donated items
are then put up on allcharityauctions.com for bidding.
As a registered user, you have the ability to donate items to a charity of
your choice. All approved donations are 100% tax deductible. Once
your donation is made, you will be contacted by the charity to let you know if
you item was accepted for donation and that you will receive your tax donation
slip. To start donating items, register for a free account.
As a registered user you also have the ability to bid on items up for
auction. Most of the items you will see on allcharityauctions.com are
items that were donated to the charity to help to raise money. You will
receive great deals on items and all the proceeds go to a good cause. To

allcharityauctions.com allows your not for profit organization, school,
agency or charity to capture a convenient way for your supporters to make
donations and for money to be raised through online auctions. The auctions will
drive traffic to your entities website and can make your fundraising all year
long and twenty-four hours a day.
It works as an add-on to your existing website. Your organization contacts
Lightgov, LLC. the developer of allcharityauctions.com to create an auction site
at no cost that looks and feels exactly like your own website. Your donors are
notified through direct electronic solicitation or through public awareness
campaigns that they can make a donation to the benefit by identifying what it is
that the donor wants to give. Our unique data transfer grabs the information
regarding the donated item and that information is emailed to your contact
person. Your agency then has the option of either accepting the donation or
letting the donor know that the thought is appreciated but the suggested item is
not appropriate. The terms of auction sales will be posted on the website and
give examples of the type of items that would be accepted, like cars, antiques
and collectibles.
Your agency would have the option to ask that the item be brought to a common
location or choose not to allow warehousing of donated items and allow the
posting to take place with the donor keeping possession until informed that
there has been a successful bid. The items would be listed on the entities
website and broadcasted internationally for sale. Lightgov however would work
with the not profit or your development officer to encourage local publicity
that would drive people to your site to view what is being offered for sale.
There is no cost to the benefit for posting items. Lightgov gets paid when an
item sales and the money is collected. Lightgov invoices your agency for the
small commission fee after the wining sale and the item is transferred. There is
no up front cost to the agency and no charge unless the item sells and is paid
for by the winning bidder.
